Police Blotter: Man Allegedly Exposed Himself at Walker Bros.

A 59-year-old refused to pay for his meal, then allegedly urinated on the cash register area.

The following items are taken from the Highland Park Police Department. In all incidents where an arrest occurred, a charge is merely an accusation and not evidence of guilt. The arrested person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Disorderly conduct

Lawrence R. Kinnucan, 59, address unknown, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice and theft of service in the 600 block of Central Avenue. According to Highland Park Police Commander Gerald Cameron, Kinnucan refused to pay for his meal at . He then allegedly exposed himself and urinated near the cash register area. He was remanded to Lake County Jail on $25,000 bond.

Burglary

Police are investigating the burglary of copper water pipes between January and March 28 in the 1500 block of Park Avenue.

Police are investigating the burglary of two iPads, Samsung Tablet and Netbook in the 100 block of Skokie Valley Road.

Driving while license suspended

Tashika T. Stewart, 31, of the 300 block of North Long in Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding after police stopped her vehicle in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road. She was released on bond with a court date of April 27. 

Theft

Police are investigating the theft of scaffolding between 8 p.m. on April 1 and 10:30 a.m. April 3 in the 3300 block of Western Avenue.

Police are investigating the theft of a wallet and cash in the 400 block of Central Avenue.

Mary K. Cutler, 21, of the 1200 block of Forest Glenn North in Winnetka, was arrested and charged with retail theft in the 500 block of Roger Williams Avenue. She was released on bond, and has a court date of May 11.

Criminal damage

Police are investigating the criminal damage of a motor vehicle's rear window in the 200 block of Cary Avenue.

Driving under the influence

Michael I. Malone, 32, of the 5500 block of Hanssen Road in Gurnee, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving with license suspended, disobey a red light and unlawful use of weapon after his vehicle was stopped by police in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road. He was released on bond, and has a court date of April 15.

Helene Tozer, 68, of the 1100 block of Broadmoor in Deerfield, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to avoid an accident after her vehicle was pulled over in the 1600 block of Deerfield Road. She was released on bond, and has a court date of April 22.

Mark A. Grimaldi, 22, of the 300 block of Ida Avenue in Antioch, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to signal after police stopped his vehicle in the 1500 block of Green Bay Road. He was released on bond, and has a court date of April 29.
