Police Make DUI Arrest on Highway 41

The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

Eusebio Rogel-Figueroa, 25, of Waukegan was arrested Sunday and charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, attempt possession of a controlled substance, open transportation of alcohol, uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage and driving while license suspended after being stopped by police in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and will appear in .Lake County Court Feb. 21 in Waukegan.

Theft

Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft. It was reported that a gift card (unknown company/value) was stolen from a locked office between 3 p.m. Dec. 20 and 9 a.m. Jan. 8. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Vine Avenue, according to Highland Park Police reports.

Driver’s License Infractions and More

Jake Mastrangelo, 22, of Wilmette was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol and failure to dim headlights after being stopped by police near the intersection of Park Avenue West and Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court on Feb. 26 in Park City.
