Police Report Gold Ring, Necklace Stolen

Theft
Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft reported missing Sept. 19 of a14k gold diamond wedding band and heart omega necklace. The items were last seen around July 3. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports.

An officer on routine patrol Sept. 20 located black paint/graffiti painted on the north side of a mailbox at the northeast corner of Roger Williams Avenue and Pleassnt Avenue, Highland Park, according to Highland Park Police reports.

Richard Roh, 33, of Glenview was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with driving while license suspended, no rear registration lamp illuminated and speeding after being stopped by police near the intersection of Beverly Place and Central Avenue, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Oct. 9 in Park City.
