Purse Stolen From Parked Car
The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Theft
Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft of a purse that was taken from the front seat of an unlocked vehicle while parked at Fink Park in the 1300 block of Clavey Road sometime between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. Sept. 2, according to Highland Park Police reports.

Jorecah Hester, 26, of Chicago was arrested Sunday and charged with driving under the influence, open transportation of alcohol, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, no drivers license on person and expired registration after being stopped by police in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Oct. 4 in Waukegan.

Jill Wolfe, 42, of St. Louis Park, MN, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with driving while license suspended and use of a wireless device while driving after being stopped by police near the intersection of Central Avenue and Green Bay Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Oct. 23 in Park City.
