Speeding Leads to DUI Arrest
The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
DUI
Rashaun McKenzie, 21, of Chicago was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with driving under the influence, expired drivers license and speeding after being stopped by police in the 2300 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 22 in Waukegan.
Theft

Police are investigating a report of a theft. Gasoline was reported stolen from a sprinkler air compressor. The compressor was filled to capacity on Oct. 21 at approximately 12:30 p.m. and was found half empty on a day later, according to Highland Park Police reports. The incident occurred in the 3200 block of Skokie Valley Road

Danny Delgado, 35, of Waukegan was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and one working headlight violation after being stopped by police in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 27 in Park City.
