Suspicious Activity Leads to Disorderly Conduct Arrest

Disorderly Conduct
Erwin Gugolz, 61 of Northbrook was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a report of suspicious activity inside of a business in the 100 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on a cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 13 in Park City.
Criminal Damage to Property

Police are investigating a delayed report of criminal damage to property. Unknown person(s) wrote on a wooden shelf in a basement near the computer table with a black "sharpie" permanent marker between Sept. 27 and Oct. 1 at a business in the 1800 block of Green Bay Road, according to Highland Park Police reports.
Theft

Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft. On Sept. 1 two bicycles were stolen from an unsecured shed in the 1600 block of Green Bay Road. The first bike is a men’s 21 speed, beige in color, that was found on Oct. 2 laying near a utility pole unsecured in the 1400 block of Old Skokie Road. The second bike is a women’s North Rock cruiser white in color, according to Highland Park Police reports.
Driver’s License Infractions and More
Monica O’Connor, 27, of Park Ridge was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped by police in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. She was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 13 in Park City
