Thief Grabs Two Cell Phones

Retail Theft
Police are investigating a delayed report of a retail theft. It was reported that on 01/14/14, at 1 p.m. Tuesday, two Samsung Phones a white Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and a red Galaxy S4 were discovered missing from a display are. The incident occurred in the 0-100 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports.

Brianna Duncan, 22, of Waukegan was arrested Jan 13 and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and speeding after being stopped by police in the 1400 block of Park Avenue West, according to Highland Park Police reports. She was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court on Feb. 26 in Park City.
Juan Gutierrez-Armenta, 23, of North Chicago was arrested Wednesday and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and headlight violation (only 1 illuminated) after being stopped by police in the 2100 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court on Feb. 5 in Park City.
