Vandals Spray Graffiti Around Ft. Sheridan

The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI 

Adam Bell, 23, of Milwaukee was arrested Monday and charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and speeding after being stopped by police in the 3100 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. Bell was released on bond is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Oct. 11 in Waukegan. 

Criminal Damage to Property

Police are investigating a report of criminal damage to property. It was reported Sept. 11 that graffiti was located inside the tower in the 200 block of Leonard Wood South and on the East retaining wall in the Tower Plaza in the Town of St. Sheridan development. The graffiti was done with black spray paint and consisted of a 30 inch cross and other unidentifiable writing.

Police are investigating a report of criminal damage to property. It was reported Sept. 12 that graffiti was sprayed on the Patten bridge immediately south of Whistler Avenue in the Town of Ft. Sheridan development.

Driver’s License Infractions and More 

Luis Miguel Ramirez-Davila, 31 of Highwood was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with driving while license suspended and use of a cellular device while driving after being stopped by police near the intersection of Green Bay Road and Bloom Avenue, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Oct. 23 in Park City.
