what's up lately with arrests being made during a well being check??

This was not likely a well being check in a house. The person is from deerfield. Also, 1500 clavey, theres no residential there. There IS a highway overpass. Someone probably found someone passed out somewhere.

would that be classified as a traffic stop instead of a well being check? It's the second one this week that I am reading about in Patch
