Woman Turns Self in to Police

The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Criminal Damage to Property 

Linda Horn, 60, of Northbrook was arrested Sept. 3and charged with criminal damage to property after turning herself in on a warrant for an incident that occurred in Highland Park on July 12, according to Highland Park Police reports. Horn was released on bond with a court date of Sept. 17 in Waukegan. 

DUI

Phillip Erbe, 57 of Highland Park was arrested Wednesday and charged with driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after police responded to a report of a rear end collision between two vehicles near Park Avenue West and Sunset Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Oct. 11 in Waukegan.

Lyndsey Smith, 23, of Camby, IN., was arrested Wednesday and charged with driving while license suspended and failure to dim headlights after being stopped by police in the 0-100 block of the Edens Expressway, according to Highland Park Police reports. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court Oct. 9 in Park City.
