League of Women Voters to Host Candidate Debates
The Leagues of Women Voters of Deerfield, Glencoe, Glenview, Highland Park/Highwood and Lake Forest/Lake Bluff will be holding public candidate debates for the Illinois House District 58, Illinois Senate District 29, and the 10th Congressional District races on Sunday, February 26, 2012. The debates will take place at the Highland Park Country Club, Highland Park. Only opposed races will have debates. The debates are being co-sponsored by the Union League Club of Chicago and will be taped by Lake Forest T.V. for rebroadcast by the various local community networks.
