Guns, no. Muskets, yes.

Let Americans vote, should guns permeate our culture or not? I say no because a strict interpretation of our Constitution would permit "keeping and bearing" arms of the late 1700's, muzzle loaded muskets.  Let's have an up or down vote:  guns or not?  What do Americans want?
