1 c organic mixed frozen berries

2 tbsp coconut milk

1/2 c ice

1/2 c coconut water

1 scoop of Dale's Raw Protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a blender until all ingredients are blended. Makes one serving.

False information. You do NOT need to consume protein within a certain period of a workout. You can have it whenever you want. A better reason why people aren't seeing the muscle they want is because of lack of sleep. Since Highland Park is such a wealthy community, the commuters work a lot and get a lack of sleep, 8-10 hours a night or an average of 60 hours of sleep a week is ideal for recovery.

As long as you are reporting false information. Would you please show something to support that people in a wealthy community work a lot and get less sleep than people who do not live in a wealthy community? Why aren't you sleeping at 3 am? You must be wealthy.
