Chef Alain Roby Sculpts Desserts for Charity Drive

A little bit of French Cuisine came to on Monday, when world renowned chef Alain Roby came by to take part in the school's for the .
Roby, who holds two Guinness World Records for chocolate and sugar sculpting, created delectable works of art Monday night while students and parents chowed down on a buffet of pasta, cheese and salad. Using a hot plate, some heat lamps, a box fan and a blow torch, he turned ordinary sugar into roses, apples and a swan.
The chef has been featured on the "Martha Stewart Show" and the Food Network.
