Supporting local consumers with diabetes, the Jewel-Osco store at 1600 Deerfield Road in Highland Park will offer a complimentary "Eating Healthy with Diabetes" tour on Thursday, Dec. 9 at 6:00pm. It will cover topics such as reading food labels and identifying better food options.
