The Healthy Highland Park Task Force is proud to present this wellness based education program for parents and their children in grades K-5. Designed to help adults encourage their children to lead healthier lifestyles, increase activity, eat healthier and reduce screen time. Adult education sessions will run simultaneously with children's activity based programs. Parents will select one of four, 4-week programs that run from September through November on the same night each week. Starting dates for each of the four sessions are listed above. Register and receive: passes to community activities, a FREE playground ball for each student registered, exciting raffle prizes and giveaways every week! Registration will begin in late August and will be availabe via the City of Highland Park's website and in the City Manager's office.
