Superintendent Search Tops 112 Agenda

Consultant will talk to Board as search process begins.

Finding a new superintendent for North Shore School District 112 to replace David Behlow, who will retire at the end of the current term, will be a key item on the agenda when the Board of Education meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Green Bay Road School.

Linda Hanson, a former superintendent of Township School District 113 and currently with the consulting firm of School Exec Connect, will be at the meeting, according to Communications Director Andi Rosen.

“The district has worked with School Exec Connect successfully in the past to recruit outstanding candidates for leadership positions,” Rosen said.

Also on the agenda Tuesday is an annual salary report for the District which must be posted on the website by Oct. 1 and a preliminary discussion of the 2014-15 budget, according to the agenda posted on the District website.
