Spa Nail City is the best. I live in MI and visit Highland Park , Ill frequently. Getting my nails done here is a must. Their "no chip" Shellac ....whichever they call it red polish is great. Lasts three weeks or longer. I am not gentle on my nails. Neck massages are also great.
