Soldier Ride (bicycle), Wounded Warrior Project

Soldier Ride is a unit of the Wounded Warrior Project. The ride includes Soldiers that have some form of disability resulting from injury. The group leaves Olive Park in the city and then goes up thru the Northshore. The riders will stop in Evanston for a rest and then onto Highland Park's Fire Department Headquarters Station at 1130 Central Ave. The riders should be arriving at Highland Park's south city limits, Green Bay and Lake Cook, near noon. They will proceed up Green Bay Rd. to Deerfield Rd. and then west to the Fire Station. We hope that you can take sometime during your lunch hour and cheer these young American Hero's on their quest to complete this ride.
