The Fine Art Studio of Rotblatt-Amrany Announces Plans for Ronald Reagan Commemorative Bronze Statue in Dixon, IL

The Fine Art Studio of Rotblatt-Amrany unveiled plans for the installation of a 7' bronze commemorative sculpture of Ronald Reagan  last week. The sculpture will be set in Reagan's hometown of Dixon, IL, and will depict Ronald Reagan as a young lifeguard running to the river to save a drowning swimmer.

Reagan spent a total of 7 summers as a lifeguard at Lowell Park. During that time he saved a total of 77 swimmers. The statue will be in a specially selected location overlooking the former beach.

Sculptors Omri Amrany and Gary Tillery will work on the project. The Fine Art Studio of Rotblatt-Amrany is extremely excited for this opportunity to collaborate with the city of Dixon to commemorate an icon such as Ronald Reagan.
