Downtown Highland Park Becomes Movie Set

Merchants plan Winter Wonderland Friday and Saturday. Check out other Highland Park weekend events.

Winter Wonderland in Downtown Highland Park

Downtown Highland Park will turn into a winter wonderland style movie set between 4 and 8 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, according to information from the City’s Downtown Business Alliance.

There will be a gingerbread house party at Port Clinton Square sponsored by The Art Center, live reindeer, horse-drawn carriage rides, carolers, roasted chestnuts, hot cider and more.

Triumph of Love Opens

For some indoor activity, “Triumph of Love” opens at the Karger Center with performances at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $35.
