Staff is horrible and full of lies!!!!
my favorite bracelet that i had for 8 years broke 3 months ago.
and Jeweled elephant was the only place that i know who fixes jewelry in my area.
my mistake for going there.
after i took it there 2.5 months ago they told me it will be fixed in 1week-10days. when i came in 10 days they told me to come in 10 more days. and once again when i came 10 days latter it was still not fixed and i was told to come 10 days latter. Finlay 1 month latter it was fixed! or so i though? 6 days latter the spring broke again!!!!!
i had to take the bracelet back to them. they apologist and said that it would be fixed in a week max. i came to pick it up and .... it was not done!!! now its been a month again... i went there i would say 5 more times in between... and each time got a different lie... from I'm sick my wife is sick my mom is sick i didn't have the spring or its getting fixed in shop down town Chicago and it will be here tomorrow (that's what they told me yesterday).... Finlay when i came there today they told me they cant fixed it! 2 Months latter!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! lies after lies after lies! that place defiantly doesn't deserve any business!!!
I will never go back there again!
