Rosebud of Highland Park is an upscale restaurant located next to the Landmark Renaissance Cinema in this North Shore town called the "Beverly Hills" of the Midwest. Its eminent location attracts the important and sophisticated crowd looking for a classy lunch or dinner. A plate of Pappardelle or Arrabiatta sounds appropriate.

Meanwhile, an outdoor café provides a relaxing spot for coffee or tea; or even a white wine paired with seafood fresh from the docks. Regulars and newbies alike enjoy generous portion meals for which Rosebud is known. It's part of a chain of 11 restaurants by Alex Dana, a Chicago native of Sicilian lineage. His first Rosebud was established in the Windy City's Little Italy section. Today, it has also earned its reputation as a prime steakhoue.
