The movement aims to honor the students and faculty members killed in the Newtown shooting.

The shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut last Friday left people around the world wondering what they could possibly do to help the victims and their families, or how they could help carry on the legacies of those that were killed. NBC News National and International Correspondent Ann Curry came up with the idea for #26Acts - a movement that encourages people around the world to commit to performing 26 acts of kindness in memory of each of the victims.
