Driver Dies In Early Morning Car Crash
Two cars crashed at Commercial Avenue and Sanders Road at 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
One person died and two other people were taken to the hospital after a car crash in Northbrook early Thursday morning. Two cars collided at Commercial Avenue and Sanders Road sometime around 1:30 a.m., according to Deputy Fire Chief Ron Schinleber. One driver, a Mount Prospect resident, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to Schinleber. Police and firefighters worked until 2:10 a.m. before they finished extricating people from the vehicles, he said.
