Restaurant Will Focus on Healthy Lifestyle

Commitment to a healthy life and environment motivate Deerfield’s newest restaurateurs.

A commitment to a healthy lifestyle and the environment as well as good food will be the primary focus when Deerfield’s newest proposed restaurant opens its doors at 780 Saunders Road in Deerfield. Planning to be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day, the eatery will have separate menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner but each one will be prepared with the good health of the clientele in mind. Bobby's Deerfield Plans Sumptuous Menu

Hosted at their Glenview restaurant, the ever-popular Cafe Lucci, Arifi brothers Bobby and Augie invited Patch for a tasting of the soon-to-open Bobby's menu.

Wow! The Village is in for a treat when Bobby’s Deerfield opens downtown next month. Co-owner Bobby Arifi—he shares entrepreneurship with brother Augie Arifi—prepared a tasting of six dishes which will be on the menu for Deerfield’s newest eatery Thursday for Patch’s tasting at the brothers’ Glenview establishment, Café Lucci. Earlier: Deerfield’s Newest Restaurant Will Cater to Local Taste “We’ll be an American bistro with an Italian influence,” Arifi said when he brought his signage to the Village for approval last month.
