Update: Highland Park Woman Killed By Train Identified

Cheryl Wilson-Segal was a wife and mother of three.

Update July 28: The Highland Park woman who was killed Monday night when a freight train hit her car near Buckley, Ill. has been identified as Cheryl Wilson-Segal. The 47-year-old was the only person in the car when it was struck by the train at around 8:30 p.m. Monday, according to Triblocal. Triblocal reports that Wilson-Segal was lost in the rural area, according to a relative who spoke with her on the phone shortly before the accident.
