ReplyBottom line is that the banks are too cheap to hire the necesary security. They've done the math and determined it's cheaper to be robbed and they don't want to risk the guard causing liability by accidentally hurting a customer. So this is just a bank's cost of doing business. ZZZZZ. Who cares if they get robbed?

More police presence would require the City Manager to stop cutting the police department budget. The City is understaffed now and it will only get worse. Want more police? Call City Hall.

It is very simple- whjen the landlords ask for outrageous rents which their tenants cannot afford then the properties will go empty. There is nothing the city can or should do. It is the market at work. Rents will just have to come down. It all comes down to two words-greedy landlords.
