I am a Psychiatrist in private practice in Bannockburn.  In addition I serve as the Medical Director of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. From 1990-2000 I was the Medical Director of inpatient Psychiatric services at Highland Park Hospital until its closure at which point I developed the hospital's Consultation-Liaison Psychiatric program. The following year, I left Highland Park Hospital and moved my practice to Bannockburn where I've been in private practice treating adolescents, adults and older adults.  I've been on the staff of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital for 12 years, am married and am blessed to have a son, 8, and two stepsons,ages 14 and 17.
