Well thought out analytical response as usual David. I do see the pro’s in this type of software management tool. My concern is more for the one off work that becomes deferred due to budget issues. Also I see no general cost reduction plans; Salaries in D113 are 15 to 20 percent higher than state averages. This District is one of the only districts that would reduce costs if they unionized. Now there are other issues I am aware of that I will not put on patch, due to respect for certain individual, but a forensic audit would turn up inappropriate spending in my opinion.

Carol, please read up on diminishing returns. This area has already turned towards economic segregation be it De facto. No amount of misguided money will affect our property values.
