I am a 24-year resident of Highland Park and native Chicagoan.

Locally, I work with others to preserve the unique publicly accessible open space at Fort Sheridan Forest Preserve and avoid public debt resulting from legacy public policy.

State-wide, I am on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Audubon Society, a land trust organization that acquires strategic Illinois property for conservation and the protection of strategicaly important habitat.  My relevant education is a masters in regional planning and public policy in natural resources from the Rackham school at the University of Michigan. I work as a marketing consultant providing online marketing consultation to law firms and other professional services as well as associations and non-governmental organizations.

Formerly,  I founded and operated a successful computer sales business which I operated first in Deerfield (Video Etc.) and then in Highland Park (Alliance Computers), located in the Crossroads Shopping Center.
