25th Port Clinton Art Festival Opens

Taste of Highland Park continues as well.

Large early morning crowds greeted more than 250 artists as the 25th Port Clinton Art Festival opened today in downtown Highland Park.

One of the artists is Deerfield's James Wilbat. He combines glass blowing with abstract art. Listen to him describe his work.

The festival continues through 6 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

The event coincides with the annual Taste of Highland Park which continues until 10 p.m. today and happens again tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is near continual entertainment on the main stage at the corner of Central Avenue and Second Street.
