If a person uses a municipally Banned firearm in self defense in Illinois... they are immune from Prosecution for violating the municipal Ban. Think about that... the Illinois Hale DeMar Law makes the Assault Weapons Ban in Highland Park, Null and Void. So, why does this law even exist? It has already cost H.P. Tax Payers $90,000.00 Hmmm
