Screams Lead to Domestic Battery Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Aggravated Assault, Domestic Battery

Amgalan Galsantseren, 34, of Highland Park was arrested Saturday nd charged with aggravated assault and domestic battery after police responded to an anonymous report of a person screaming in the 1900 block of Green Bay Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was transported to bond court in Waukegan and awaits a further court date.

Burglary

Police are investigating a report of a residential burglary. Sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 10:55 p.m. Nov. 16 unknown person(s) forced entry to a residence and removed a silver dinner set and multiple pieces of jewelry. The incident occurred in the 1800 block of Northland Avenue, according to Highland Park Police reports.

Tania Reyes-Leon, 25, of Highland Park was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with driving while license suspended, expired registration, uninsured motor vehicle and improper use of registration after being stopped by police near the intersection of Homewood Avenue and Green Bay Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. She was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court on Nov. 27 in Park City.

Samuel Rizzo, 23, of Highland Park was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with driving while license suspended, suspended registration for no insurance and uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped by police near the intersection of First Street and Elm Place, He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court on Nov. 27 in Park City.
