Fashion Week Swings Into High Gear

This week is all about fashion in downtown Highland Park as the Downtown Business Alliance’s annual celebration of fashion and beauty, which actually began Saturday, will offer something special every day this week highlighted by a fashion show at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at The Art Center.

Merchants will have trunk shows and specials while cosmetics stores will be offering assistance and deals including complimentary treatments from the new Cos Bar at 10 a.m. Tuesday and an interior fashion event hosted by Joile Maison at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Fashion and Beauty Night Out Thursday will showcase the latest fall trends will include complimentary beauty treatments from local spas and salons, drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Attendees will receive a complimentary gift bag along with a special savings guide filled with coupons to participating retailers.
